These units are either Ocean Front or Ocean View (North side). This unit can also be split into two separate rooms, one with a complete kitchen and the other with a kitchenette unit, making it more like an efficiency apartment.
North view units are preferable for those interested in the antique car fests (Turkey Rod Run) and the Bike Weeks (Biketoberfest and Bike Week) because they overlook both the ocean and the A1A road where you will see just about anything on wheels cruizin' the beach. It is a two bedroom unit.
